    Kathy Sierra

I have used the ‘Home’ device now 10 times on *severe* hand osteoarthritis, and for the first time in a decade I’ve had many moments that are 100% pain-free. And the times when there IS pain, it’s about 25% of where it typically is. But even a single second of pain-free hands is something I’ve not felt for almost a decade. You don’t realize how much pain you live with it until it suddenly disappears. I’ve tried to keep all other variables in my life *consistent* during this time, to get a better sense of correlation-vs-causation, so I made NO other changes in these first weeks. Diet, exercise, supplements, everything else stayed consistent, and my ONLY change has been the light every other day. I really do not know how *else* to explain it (obviously it’s possible it’s just coincidence).

My husband saw my results and tried it on his chronic wrist problem. He stopped using a wrist brace after the second time, and has the same experience I’ve had — long periods of pain-free, and when there IS pain, it’s greatly reduced. A neighbor borrowed it for an injury she sustained falling on a trail. She has skin abrasions and a bruised rib. She’s only just started with it, so it’s too soon to know for sure. Obviously, we can’t know for certain that an injury *would* have otherwise taken longer to heal, but as outdoor athletes with tons of experience, you tend to recognize your own healing patterns. You NOTICE when it’s radically different. [Note: I paid full-price, not sponsored, etc.]
